  I'm sorry I forgot it already. honestly...:-(
  It's cooked with tomato sauce also, and cooked in a way where everything are mixed together as one dish...
  We have a dish similar to that but ours is mixed with seafoods and without the nuts. Your food is with pistachio nuts.

  Nafis you reminded me of one Iranian friend who taught me how to prepare an Iranian dish. I forgot the name as I cooked it once or twice only. It's a long grained rice soaked in water overnight then cooked with meat and pistachio nuts. Then we ate it with vegetable salad and mint leaves... it's really very delicious! I enjoyed eating that. Are you cooking the same dish?
