I bought her 4CDs above, and took a turn of doing each CD. For example, I do CD1 and 3 this week, and will do CD2 and 4 next week. Remind you that don't force yourself to complete the whole CD at the beginning if you feel really tired. Just stop whenever you need. 1kg is easy to be reduced.

For coffee, usually I'd have one cup of it every day, but when I'm too tired, for example, I'd have another one to help to keep my work done. Yeah, drinking too much coffee or tea will also cause insomnia for me, but I still can't resist its good and unique aroma. This is what I drink. I prefer black coffee, how about you?
