  and what difference of using :If...not , whether or not and whether as expressing two possibities that can take place,

  come back modal of:someone is over st,
  this meaning is on an expression of bad meaning, example:she hate him so the their relationship is over,
  and further as you try to do sthing, you put totally your mind on that all the time, then you are over that,
  I set it up clearly ?

  Hi Bill, nice to meet you too!!!. I'm happy to find you. I'd started to read your blog and firstly, I would like congratulations you for your granddaugther, she's very cute!
  I 've started to study English at school, long time ago!!! and i've continued to use it (not very well). I like this language, but my problem is i'm very lacy....
