  Good morning, I thank you for your nice reply. I agree with you , teaching is a hard work, but it is a great ,amusing challenge ; how to face the unruly pupils? How to accept them? How to make them interested in our representations?
  How to show them our love in balanced ways?and so on.
  Just I want to tell you , don't lose your control, don't be nervious and behave in a wrong way. Study each case of those noisy pupils! They are different. For example, I am a teacher of secondary students, but recently I have been obliged to teach young kids. I forced myself among them, I love them, but there is one who is very noisy, and unruly. I advised him not to waste the time of his classmates. I wanted to show the others ,indirectly, that he is wrong in order not to be with him.I spoke with his father to help me to contain him, becuse i love him and i don't to kick him out!
  But all my tries were in vain! So last week ( mind you i teach them twice a week)So last week , What have i done was a great sucessful try; I told him to come and sit very close to me , in front of the first row. He told me with a smile that there is no place to write on. I offered my table for him to sit at, with a smile ,too. He was happy to sit there. He was alone, completely
  isolated. He wroked well ,quietly. He didn't stole my energy
  during that lesson! I could contain him. I hope you will deduce what I show you. Don't hesitate to write to me?

  Welcome! I hope you will find a nice support network here. Motivating students can be really tough! You should check out TEFL.net's Site of the month awards. February had a good one for motivating students. Also, have you tried using music in the classroom?
