  The leaderboard system is automated based on factors like popularity of the item and number of comments etc over the past month. It is not the same for featured content, which is chosen by hand. As with most things in life, the best way is just to try to write/create the best content you can rather than try to manipulate anything :))) Your content is excellent already so I am sure it will often show up. But please bear in mind that many MyEC members create wonderful content and so the "rankings" are constantly changing. Hope this helps.
