  Thank you for the Wordless-Wednesday-quality picture. I'll give you a caption:
  The dog was so bored, because his host indulged himself in collecting Halloween pumpkins and didn't take the dog to a walk at all.
  "Hey, trip-or-treat!" said the dog in despair...
  
  Here, we have a Halloween festival called "Freakfest" on the main street. It's fun, but in recent years it has been attracting more and more outsiders and is getting out of control. So, they decided to charge some fee to enter the street. I'm not sure if I go this year. It's tonight ^_^
