Tina came back home from school, the lunch didn't taste nice, so she ate a bit and went to her room to study for her exam.

In the evening, she was very hungry but the dinner was too unsavory for her to eat, she ate some junk food instead.

She became ill and couldn't take her exam.

  • Dear Elen, thanks for your nice comment.

It is natural that kids avoid eating some healthy foods, but parents are responsible to encourage them to eat, and if junk food are not available, kids have to eat healthy food.

  • We all have passed something similar in our life, mainly in our childhood. I remember myself to eat lentils. For me it was yuck! :/ But now I like this food. :)

Poor Tina. Sure, a healthy food is not always tasty but junk food can cause health problems. Now she knows it.

  • Dear abiba,

Thanks for your nice comment....although fast foods are easy to prepare, they are harmful for health and it is worth to allocate time for preparing healthy food.

  • Hello Stranger,

Agreed, we should be frank with our friends.

  • Everybody understands my pain:))
What point of leaving comments without even reading or getting blog? To make "friends" to add more digits to "likes" and "views" of his blogs?
  • Hi Setareh,

You are so responsible mother....Good for your kids :)

Some parents don't care about feeding their kids....and this makes them to have bad eating habits.

  • Dear Onee.....Yes, we should never neglected our stomachs.....a good meal plan is helpful.

  • Oh Dear Saba, I somehow force my kids to eat the food even if they don't like it especially about some foods that are so essential for growth of body. One day my daughter told me that she wanted to get older soon; I asked why and she replied that she could be able not to eat fish. She doesn't like fish. when i heard this I said "really"! after that she hasn't eat any fish. Your story reminded me of this memory. Nice post, anyway!

  • She should never have neglected our stomachs... Want or not, healthy body is important. I'm sure she must have learnt from that event. :D

A very nice message, Saba. Thank you for sharing. ^_^
