  • hi,may dear freiends!

do you know,Sri Lankness are celebrating their new year on April.they are making sweets for that day.Kokis is a one of them.I will tell you how to make it.

    Ingredients:

    Rise flour

    1 egg

    coconut milk

    Salt

    turmeric powder.

    Kokis Mould and coconut oil.

    Direction

take 1 cup of rise flour and put 2cups of coconut milk for it.add 1 egg, salt as the taste and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric together.mix it all.

heat the oil in a large frying pane in medium heat.

when the oil start bubbling put the Kokis mould in to the pan and take it after 1 or 2 minutes.then dip the mould in to the flour batter.but don't cover the top of the  mould.then dip mould in oil and shake the mould carefully until it slip from the mould.(note-be careful with boiled oil)

let it fry till get nice yellow. after that you can have nice Kokis like this.

  • Martin and Azerian, both of you are correct.yes,it looks like very beautiful place.

So tell me about your country Azerian.

  • I think you are asking about these two tawfeeq.  "I have mouth ulcer" or "I got mouth ulcer" which is Ranu asked. both are correct.but if you are using proper English it better to use "I have mouth ulcer".

When you say "I have" it usually implies ownership.

When you say "I got" it usually implies you received something.

  • tell me about your countries my friends.

different way of thinking

To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism. To steal from many is research. A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station. When tempted to fight fire with fire, remember that the Fire Department usually uses water.
