Onee, I was wondering the same, and still. It must be a dough in this strange shape. Next time I will be around there, I will get in the store, to ask. They don't have only candies but different kind of sweets and ice creams as well. So, maybe they are ice creams with dough. I was in hurry and I didn't ask :)
NotAClue, they got inspired from this story and opened this store. Unfortunately, I didn't get in to see how it is. Good choice NotAClue! I prefer something with chocolate :)
