Stuffed peppers - it's easy! One kilogram of ground beef (you can take any meat, what your religion allows you to have!), 10-12 pieces of pepper (white, red, yellow - it's your choice!), some rice, 2-3-4 pieces of carrots (you can take more!), 2-3-4 tomatoes; salt, spices - to your taste! This is a necessary set of products!:-)We wash rice thoroughly, add it to minced meat, plus salt and spices to taste, stir everything thoroughly and carefully! This is a filling for peppers!Pepper, which we washed, is already waiting for us! Of course, we do not forget to remove the core from peppers, or where do we put the stuffing! :-)We take a spoon and using this tool, put stuffing in the peppers! Of course, who wants the thrill can do it without a spoon! Only your nimble fingers! :-)))I use a spoon! :-)Usually ...There! Almost everything is ready! We laid stuffed peppers in a pan, pour boiling water over it all again, add salt (in boiling water), cover with a lid, set on fire. Now all carrots and tomatoes!Of course, we wash everything clean, cut: carrots - slices, tomatoes - wedges! We take a frying pan, vegetable oil (refined is best, it will not to burn!)We fry the carrot, then add slices of tomatoes, spices and then ... And then we add the fact that cooked in a frying pan, into the pan with the peppers! If you want, you can add a little sugar in a saucepan. A little bit! I add! I cook all this about an hour from the time of boiling. You can put on a plate three of stuffed peppers for very hungry men, two of pepper - for a hungry man or very hungry woman, one pepper - for a woman who is on a diet. :-)But no! For a woman who is on a diet, we put only the stew carrot! :-)))I eat peppers! Sometimes two! :-)))I recommend to cook this dish!

I'm glad you like peppers! I like it too!

  • Hello, dear Karenina!

Welcome back, the chief creative manager of English club! :-)

Natasha and I think of you often! I hope you doing well, although I think you have worked very hard and have little time to rest!

Thanks for the nice comment! Being a vegetarian - it's good! But in Russia there are cold climate, so only vegetarian food can not keep health! Sometimes we have to eat meat! :-)

  • Hello, Zahra!

Thanks for interesting additions! I am sure it is very tasty too! I'll try to cook pepper to your recipe! I liked the idea of beans and cheese! :-)

  • I like it so much. It seems to be delicious. We can also add cheese -the kind which is used with pizza- to the stuff in the pepper; that is good, too, but not good for the ones who are on diet!

We can use eggplants, too. We can put the stuff between two pieces of fried eggplants and add some cheese to hold the two pieces together. That is also yummy. But actually it is oily and full of fat!!

Thanks again for the instructions. I like it.

    Have a nice time

    :)

  • Hello, dear Nida!

Thank you for your attention to my recipe! Your questions show that you are - a real connoisseur of art of cooking! :-) I think you would be able to tell many interesting things about it! :-)
As for ground beef. Yes, you're right - it is raw ground beef, to which I add the rice, spices and salt. By the way, in this beef we can (should) add fried onions - it will make the taste of a dish complete. But onions - a vegetable for the fans. I did not add the onions, because my brother does not like it!
What about the fire ... When all has not boil - the fire is the strongest when all boils - the fire is medium. If we make a small fire, boiling may cease, because the volume is quite large. I do not like it when boiling stops! :-)

  • My dearest Inga, thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us. It looks so yummy. Here in Pakistan, we also eat different stuffed vegetables like tomatoes, bell peppers, small green chilies, okra/lady fingers, etc.
I've a question about the recipe. You've written that we should cook peppers for one hour from the time of boiling. I want to know, should we cook it on low, medium or high flame? And do you cook minced before filling it into the peppers or you stuff them with raw minced meat? Thanks a lot for your reply in advance.

  • Hello, Yasemin!

Thank you for your replay! :-) I'm sure, you are kidding! :-) If you don't like this sort of pepper - you like othet kind! :-) Example, red pepper! :-) Yasemin, do you cook any dish? Please, post a photo about it! In addition, you can write a little story about it! :-) With your jokes, like always! :-) I think, it will a great photo! Or blog! :-) Please, do it!

  • Hello, Hardi!

Oh, you are very observant! :-) Yes, really, there should be onions! I do not add it because my brother does not like onions! :-)

If we want to add the onion, it should be done when we fry vegetables in a frying pan! Only desirable, we have to fry the onions and carrots separately and then combine everything with the tomatoes! :-)

Hardi, I think you're a great connoisseur of cooking's art! Right?

Thank  you for your attention to my cooking's art! :-)
