You're right, turtles lay their eggs on land especially on sandy areas. As much as I would like to hold them, I refused to do so because their long neck could reach your hand and bite you. :) I wondered where would they like to go, probably they liked to sunbath and others were busy looking for an escape route.

Robbie, I've noticed the photo right now while visiting your page. Wow! The turtles are so cute! You know I've never seen turtles in real life, only in the pictures or on video. Where are they going? I've heard they lay eggs on the beach not in the water. It seems they're determined to do it!
