  • There are a few groups of mushrooms there! The friendship between these mushrooms and trees must be very nice and firm. What's the name of the tree by the way?

  • I love Mushrooms, almost all types: Some common highlighted here as Wild, Porccini,Portabella, Morel, Shiitaki, Enoki, Oyster, Truffle and Buttons are my favorite.Unfortunately, where i come from we don't have such wild and huge forests that we can go and pick mushrooms or any other edible vegetables. The only choice we have if we want to eat mushroom is to purchase from the shops- few fresh varieties and canned usually. I would love to visit where you from to go and pick myself some fresh mushrooms and prepare delicious mushroom Risotto as my lunch. i love yummy Mushroom Risotto..

  • Oi Nawa,

Thanks for visiting my page and leaving a comment. In this part of the forest the most common mushroom is the Armillariella mellea, also known as the honey mushroon. They grow in clusters, some can even have over 200 mushrooms. This mushroom is my favourite for making pickles.

  • Hi, Noas! It's a pity you don't gather mushrooms in the wild now! I enjoy it a lot and try to do whenever I have a free time and suitable weather. Last time we did it was September, 7( the day when I made my artwork). They're for you...

  • WOW! What a wonderful place for a mushroom hunter! I wish I would visit this magic forest for mushroom picking! It's one of my favourite activities. Now the weather is warm in our region but there hasn't been raining for a long time! So there're no mushrooms... Your photo looks so attractive!

  • Love it. I missed the time when I used to gather wild mushrooms. Nowadays, over here, the mushrooms are cultivated, rather than wild mushrooms.
