Yes, and the ice-flowers that grows in Estonia, grows in many non tropical places. Well same goes with regular flowers. And I believe there exist also flowers that grows both, in tropic and non tropic areas. :D I'm not sure. I think tropical flowers have brighter/stronger colors. Probably..
There sure are many flowers in Philippines. Different from the ones growing here, but nice. I even don't have ice flowers currently. When I was kid there was always a lot of nice Ice flowers on windows, at winter. Now modern windows seems to be too energy saving, they don't get so cold so easily to grow ice flowers. Or maybe the weather just isn't enough cold.

Jasmine is also a very common name here in the Philippines.
That's a kind of tree. The tree is still small that's why I could get a shot of its flower.
