These stone statues are the main logo of the 2010 Olympics. People have built these all along the waterfront (across from Athletes' Village).

Re: Weather-You took the words out of my mouth!!!!!!! Yes, Vancouver is having an extremely mild winter. This is good news for tourists and bad news for some of the event organizers. Cypress Mountain (freestyle events) has been too warm and they have had to truck in snow! It is supposed to be up to 15 degrees C this week. Fortunately, Whistler has plenty of snow. Many of the alpine events are there.

But I can' see snow?Is the weather so nild there?(You seem to be underdressed to me-without coats)
