Inna, gnocchi are Italian dumplings. (Apparently gnocchi is plural, gnocco is the singular). It can be made from wheat flour, semolina, potato or other similar ingredients. The fillings also can be varied. It can be just spinach or just cheese.
Evangeline, even though the flowers and the big rolling pin were eyecatching, but what attracted me in the first place was the chef. She was so focus on her work that she didn't mind that people were talking her photo.
