And believe me - mushroom hunting is a fantastic free time activity, especially when you are with your friends and have got everything to have a picnic.... Nothing will scare you and you won't be lost!
I'm not mushroom expert. I could enjoy mushroom hunting, if I wasn't afraid of sticks. ;) There's so many dangers in wild. And I have bad sense of orientation too.
OK! Then the mushroom soup, the easiest and fairly quick to make. Take only wild mushrooms (NOT tinned ones ), clean them properly and boil them in a separate pan for 20-25 minutes.
Cook the broth (any you like ), add some vegetables ( again any you like ) and then add boiled mushrooms. Season it ( it goes without saying ) and help yourself!
