What kind of food accompanies you while you're online? This is my first question to you and myself. I tell you, one of the favorite foods that commonly accompanies me when I am online ... is shrimp vegetable fritter (bakwan udang). I'm able to digest more than ten pieces, the reason why I got fat now (haha ..). Fried food is very simple and can easily be cooked (visit this link : recipe shrimp vegetable fritter).  

In Indonesia, generally this cuisine is served during rest time, while watching TV for example. It is also served with rice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Of course this cuisine is healthy and go ... mmmm, because it consists of vegetables (leeks,carrots or other, for the taste), purpose flour or cornstarch, eggs and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic), shrimp and oil for frying. Do you want to try it?

Here Tara's tips : How to get good pictures of children 

1. Watch the children engaging in natural play. 

2. Sneak over to your camera. (Don't let any of the children see you grab it.)

3. Find a good position that is slightly hidden from the children's view. 

4. Start taking snapshots. (Keep the flash off if possible. The kids will clue in if they see the flash going off.)

5. Take as many "unposed" photos as you can. These are the best ones! 

*Most importantly, don't tell kids over 4 years old to "SMILE FOR THE CAMERA" because you might end up with a bunch of fake smiles.

Dear Atika,

Your letter to me was a joyful surprise and  linked as a very special present from a special person from Algeria ...

It was a letter and very special as it was not the usual e-mails I get regularly. In fact  few days prior who this loving present I dreamt we were enjoying each other friendship and made me wonder whether it was a good sign that we will meet one day in the near future?

Do you love and appreciate yourself?

Appreciating ourselves helps us to be focussed with a positive direction. We have to love ourself by giving reward and praise for our each success.

Stan Goldberg Ph. D., Professor from San Francisco University USA concludes in his observation the past twenty five years, the 10 important principles for one to have success! One of the 10 principles is giving reward,  like the celebration of success by treating or giving gift to one self. If it is done correctly it is called positive reinforcement. 

In 2010 I did myself proud although small, I appreciated and gave gifts to myself, which I found out to be really effective! I feel satisfied with myself..! other example, as was done by Grace. She treated herself to a Japanese restaurant to enjoy some yummy dishes as a gift.  A nice way to celebrate her hard work (Grace's blog "Thank you, English Club ..!").

 1_Create your own blog

With reference to the book-John C Maxwell's 21 indispensable qualities of being a "Leader". Twenty one qualities of leadership, which makes others follow you. Character is an important quality highlighted by Maxwell. Character is something unique and people are attracted to uniqueness.

Your  writing reflects your personality. Character and blogs inter links, especially in the contents of the writings, what ever the content of the  writing may be, it reflects the personality of the author, which is you. Be just your self, by not imitating others and comparing with others. Bring out your own style of writing with confidence, style and you will find your self Unique.

2_Be Inspirational

When you feel bored, tired at loose ends, don't give in divert your mind on some thing different and exciting, challenge your self. Heart and  soul you need to encourage your self, I refer the  videos of (20 Words to Change Your life, Keep these Words in Your Mind and Let out your Creative Beast).

These  words are very effective and I always keep it in my mind.

3_Make Friends

To stay alive at MyEC, interact with friends who are active and keeps you on your toes. Interact with them sharing your thoughts, encouraging an being there for each other.Being comfortable, enjoying ourselves , having fun and positive impact in our lives. My first friends during my early days at MyEC were Lynne, Salim and Nafis.They are my source of inspiration and the positive input, enabling me to reach my goal and of many other related activities.

Through the period of time, I have the opportunity to build up a greater link of  best  friends, who also have a great impct on my advancement. There so many good friends, permit me to name a few of them, as Fa, Nadira, Selma, Atika, Expector Smith, M.Adaway, Vega, Karenina, Anele, Nida, Nebia, Skoon, Dreamer man, Ameur, Inga, LEEA, Achan, Anis, Nazie, Grace, Natasha, Mommy, Adnan, Haf, Mayumi G, Manuela, Hardi, Anna, and many more of my long list of precious friends, who are found here at MyEC.

The weekend signifies two days of the week, where most people do not work. Generally the week end is Saturday and Sunday, although the days differs in some countries.

What kind of activities do you do on weekends? There are many ways of spending our time usefully on weekends, such as hanging out with family and friends , trying out the special recipe to be shared with your loved ones, reading a novel, writing, travelling or going out on a trip ... etc. There are so many innovative and refreshing ways to spend ones time usefully and being enjoyable too.

A week ago I spent my weekend recently fishing, gathering all my friends from office! Fortunately to the fishes and unfortunately to me I did not get any :(( Yet it was exhilarating indeed to me, how about your weekend? Can you share about it?
