  امروز زندگی را آغاز كن!
  لازمه ی زندگی تلاش و مخاطره هست نه تنها یک نفس کشیدن ساده
  امروز مخاطره كن!
  امروز كاری كن!
  نگذار كه به آرامی بميری!
  تنها با شکیبایی و تلاش مستمر هست که میتونی شادی رو به زندگیت بیاری ..

  كاش هميشه به ياد داشته باشيم از اين مدت كوتاهي كه زنده ايم لذت ببریم -
  اگه نمي تونيم مثل بارون درخت نشين دل بكنيم از اين "ميهمانخانه ميهمان كش روزش تاريك"-
  حتي اگه شده با ريختن كمي گلاب يا دارچين تو چاي،
  يك روز مرخصي گرفتن و پرداختن به فيلم و كتابهاي مورد علاقه، يه جمعه كوه نوردي سبك،
  ظهرها بعد ناهار يه گشتي تو پارك زدن،
  از ته دل خنديدن با دوستان بي توجه به نگاههاي سرد دور و وريهايي كه ميخوان خنده رو بر لبات
  بدوزن،..
  فقط امروز زنده ام..
  اگر این عبارت را باور کنیم چقدر زندگی مان تغییر خواهد پذیرفت.
  هنوز باورمان نیست که یکبار فرصت زیستن داریم.
  انگار این زندگی تمرینی است برای تولد دوباره و زیستنی از سرآغاز....
  البته چه میتوان کرد در جایی که روزمرگی در جریان است و همه به سویی میروند،
  ناخواسته و ناتوان از چرخشی هر چند کوچک
  اگر فرصتی هست، .
  برای یاد گرفتن، دوست داشتن، خندیدن، ابراز عشق کردن، گشتن، نوشتن و …
  آن را از دست نده
  آری فقط امروز زنده ام. می دانم که می دانی
