A friend sent this to me. It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw. We're such slow learners...God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!God's Pharmacy! Amazing!A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.Olives assist the health and function of the ovariesOranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just l ike the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.SUBJECT: Psalm 46:19 'Be Still and Know that I AM GOD'We can play a game by matching the names of the fruits that have been mentioned here to their pictures in your homes! And sharing it with your comments to see if your match-making is right! Gods grace!

The Mouse Trap!

A mouse looked through the crackin the wall to see the farmer andhis wife open a package. What food might this contain?"The mouse wondered - - -he was devastated to discover itwas a mousetrap.Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning:There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said,"Mr.Mouse, I can tell this is a grave concernto you, but it is of no consequenceto me. I cannot be bothered by it."The mouse turned tothe pig and told him,"There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"The pig sympathized, but said, I amso sorry, Mr.Mouse, but thereis nothing I can do about it but pray.Be assured you are in my prayers."The mouse turned tothe cow and said"There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"The cow said, "Wow, Mr. Mouse.I'm sorry for you, but it's no skinoff my nose."So, the mouse returned to thehouse, head down and dejected,to face the farmer's mousetrap . . .alone.That very night a sound was heard throughoutthe house -- like the sound of a mousetrap catchingits prey. The farmer's wife rushed to seewhat was caught. In the darkness, she did not see it was a venomoussnake whose tail the trap had caught. The snake bit the farmer's wife. The farmer rushed her to the hospital ,and she returned home with a fever.Everyone knows you treat a feverwith fresh chicken soup, so thefarmer took his hatchet to thefarmyard for the soup's mainingredient. But his wife's sickness continued,so friends and neighbors came tosit with her around the clock. To feed them, the farmerbutchered the pig.The farmer's wife did not get well;she died.So many people came for her funeral, the farmer had the cow slaughtered toprovide enough meat for all of them. The mouse looked upon it all fromhis crack in the wall with great sadness. So, the next time you hear someoneis facing a problem and think itdoesn't concern you, remember ----when one of us is threatened,we are all at risk.We are all involved in this journey called life.We must keep an eye outfor one another and make an extraeffort to encourage one another.REMEMBER. . . . . .EACH OF US IS A VITAL THREADIN ANOTHER PERSON'S TAPESTRY;OUR LIVES ARE WOVEN TOGETHER FOR A REASON.One of the best things to holdonto in this world is a FRIEND ! ! !Who is your friend?

Ideas Make A Difference!

In my first entry, i was not happy at the way some parents neglected paying thier childrens school fees. I had a bright idea during the fee drive and i decided to try it out! in our school we send out what we call the "Terms Calender" to all our parents. This was sent rather late this term cos of reorganisation. We decided to create some sort of excitement by adding a programme on the 13th to mark vals day, we however tagged it "Gift exchange day' this created so much buzz that before the week ran out almost all of the children school fees were paid. You may be wondering, why this would be so exciting? In our school, a lot of the children do not or have never seen the walls of Mr Biggs( a popular fast food restuarant chain in Nigeria) talkless of even knowing which day thier birthday falls on because no one remembers! Previosly children will not get back to school for almost two weeks! So every child was asked to come in red, anything red, and a gift no matter what but come with a gift. Names were picked randomly so parents will know if the child they are buying gifts for is a boy or a girl. Teachers also came in red, and brought gifts for each other. We took pictures, shared biscuits in class . not more than Five thousand five hundred naira was spent on the pictures and biscuits. It however resulted in a huge turnout of children who could come to school to learn rather than stay at home cos of unpaid school fees! This whole thing made me take a look at my life, at the many bright ideas i have had in the past but have been too afraid to implement or put to action. There is always the fear, of how will i start, where can i do such , what will people say? but i realised that the simple way of swinging into action is carrying out the idea, just locate where you need to start from then start! The Starting point may not be where you think, but if you calm down and just listen to your heart it will surely tell you where to start. cos a good idea put into action makes a whole lot of difference. What do you think?New Words:talkless = a Nigerian expression in English that means " how much more"

WHAT A LIFE!

Today we had what is called a "Fee drive" at school, it is a situation whereby children who have not paid thier school fees are sent home by the school management. This practice has been going on around Nigeria and most of the time it is the only way that we can get parents to pay thier childrens school fees. this pains me a great deal because it is not the fault of the children that thier fees are not paid! But allowing them to stay on in school results in a situation whereby parents do not even bother to pay up until the school session is over! At times at the beginning of a new school year, some parents quietly change thier children to a new school without even paying up what they owe! Now some who owe do so for genuine reasons, however these ones are just a small percentage! What amazes me at times is the big cars, expensive clothes that some parents own but are not concerned at all about a childs school fees. They can save up now and then and pay up, but no! they wait until thier children are sent home, what a life! what i would like to know is how can a school administrator get parents concerned about paying school fees on time? How can the school pass across excitement for school to parents that will make them not want thier kids to miss even a day at school?
