  • Hallo Sana
I am Tria from Indonesia, but I had visited New Delhi and Agra in 2006. I also have Indian friends (when I stayed in Germany) . With them, at first time I ate bashmathi rice. It was very delicious. That'way when I stayed in Germany for 1, 5 years I cooked Bashmathi Rice everyday, eventhough was very expensive if compare with the other kind of rice from Thailand.
  • well the ural dal and aseofatida is also not much necessary...its just increase the flavour thats it...without that we can prepare it very well..but keep in mind we have to use the fresh yoghurt/curd...thats the main ingredient giving delicious taste....simply we can have curd rice(rice +curd+salt) without any spices ..(but have to add a little bit salt to taste).that also give a good meal in lunch time...we can have a any pickle or potato fry as sidedish...
  • Hi dear Sana!
It's a very exotic way for me,to prepare rice.It must be delicious.
    Unfortunately,I can't get urad dal and aesofotida...these are spices,I suppose,without it it's not the same,isn't it?
