HUNGARIAN GOULASH

First of all,I'd like to add the recipe of GOULASH(Gulyás-in hungarian),it is a typical Hungarian meal!
It is known worldwide and is a favorite of gourmets who like complex, yet characteristic tastes.

Ingredients:

500g beef,8cl cooking oil,200g onions,20g paprika(red papria powder),20g salt,1g cumin,5g garlic,600g potatos,100g green peppers,80g tomatoes

Noodles:

60g flour,1 egg,2g salt

Preparation:

Dice the beef(best use shin)and wash thoroughly.Heat oil in a saucepan of appropriate size, fry (sauté)finely chopped onions until golden.Take saucepan off the heat, sprinkle with paprika powder, and stir quickly.Add a little water, put saucepan back on the heat and boil mixture to reduce it.

Add meat, salt, mix well and braise covered,at a moderate heat.

Add cumin and crushed garlic, mix well and braise, adding only a little water at a time.

In the meantime, cut peeled potatoes into small(1×1cm)cubes and keep them in cold water.

Slice green peppers and tomatoes.

Make a dough from the egg and the flour, adding some water and salt.Pinch rice size pieces out of it and place into floured bowl.Boil noodles in salted water, then drain and rinse it off in cold water.

Add potatoes and green pepper to meat, when almost tender and mix well.Braise mixture for a few minutes and dilute with 1 liter water.

Simmer gently at  a moderate heat.then bring to a boil, add tomatoes and cook until the meat and the potatoes are tender.Mix in dough(noodles) and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

Add salt and cherry pepper(or chilly)to your liking to make it hot and spicy.

The stew should be fiery red colour, rich and thick as it is a typical one-course meal.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL!

Yes,you can use pork chop(or ham,but raw meet) too,to replace it.
