This is a kind of bread recipe,we have to do it  it as if we prepared a bread,except,that we put smashed potato also into the  dough.
It is one of my family's favourite,and it's easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

For the dough:500g white flour,50g yeast,1 teaspoon of salt,3-4 potatoes

At the top:2 onions,5 cloves,0,5 liter sourcream,some smoked bacon,dried sausage(smoked in preference too),grinded cheese (as much as you like) to the top

I use this kind of yeast,but dried one can be used too.


Method:
Peel the potatoes,cut it to smaller parts and put in salted water,bring to boil and cook it.Then  smash the cooked potatoes,add the flour,the yeast mixed with the water (in which we cooked the potatoes),some salt and make a dough similar to the process of  making a bread.(use as much lukewarm water,as needed to have a "flexible"dough)

We leave it alone for an hour,waiting till it doubles its size,then we roll it out for the size of the baking tin.(My tin is about 45×35cm)


We put it in the oven for 180 degree,and bake it halfway.
We prepare the sauce in the meantime.
Sauce:
We peel the onions and finely chop it.We fry it with a little oil in a pan for ca.5 min,later we smash clover(5) in it,and take off from fire.

Then mix it with sour cream,and put it on the top of our half baked dough.
We put and arrange all the rest of the ingredients on the top of the dough/lángos


(bacon and sausage+cheese)then we put it back to the oven for another 10 min,untill the cheese begins to melt,and get a nice color.


Variations:
Instead of bacon and sausage,you can use salami or ham,to your taste,and use a smoked hard cheese to give it in intensive taste.

    Hope you will succeed in preparing it.We call this the Hungarian Pizza too,it is similar to it,and I prefer dough with potato too.:)
