Islam means peace , but to establish peace there need a movement against all established law created by man . Islam teaches us to become an absolute personalty by Its all Ibadat(prayer) , so that we can take a part against all law created by man those are not approved by Allah .

Movement is naturally related with the word "Islam" .

The topic you put sounds good and pragmatic.

Although the basic motto of Islam is 'to enjoin good and to forbid evil' everywhere, I think this first should be implemented in three rudimentary levels...

    1) Personal level: When we enjoin the good and forbid the bad personally for own betterment means we are ensuring the Creator given status of human being as 'acme of the creation'.
    2) Social Level: In most society, as the negative trends take place mostly, we should try our best to stop them when we see violence occurs, and beside that we need to establish such educational entity such as Masjid (Mosque), Madrasah (Islamic institution) or Islamic libraries which may help creating harmony in moral life and eradicating the evil from its root.
    3) National level: We know, corruption, immodesty, etc. are the ubiquitous problem to every nation. Here Islam plays a vital role to remove all the evils. So, if a country is with Muslim majority but not run by an active Muslim ruler then it is led to secularism, hence it requires Islamic movement. Islamic movement is sheer 'to enjoin the good and to forbid the bad' in people regardless of their religion.

    Thanks :)
