Hi, I want to let you a photo related to a plastic pollution in our worldwide oceans. Who do you think is the guilty for not only this problem, but also its consequences like the death of marine animals? What's the best solution for the "plastic seas"? What's the reason(s) for that to happen?

I think the culprit for this problem is human being, of which there are manufacturers, tourists, etc. Each person when throws indiscriminately a plastic unit into ocean, river, without a thought of environmental protection will contribute a part into destruction of ocean.
There is not the so called "best solution" to deal with this problem, what we need is a bunch of solutions which should begin from education at school, in community to administrative methods promulgated by Government namely limiting plastic usage as mentioned by Anele.
Plastic Manufacturing should be banned.. No other solution for it... So the Government should take the full responsibility for it.... We cannot go and teach each and every persons about the ill effects of Plastics, rather its better not to bring to the market at all... cos we people are used to its comfort and do not realize that we are polluting our mother nature...

Plastic containers or their likes should not be used prevalently. There's a certain place in my country which initiates the campaign for less usage of plastic. They implement using recycled paper bags for things bought in the grocery or in the market. Some of the wet sections in the market use banana leaves as wrappers for fishes or marine products. Isn't this a good idea?
