Upload Photo not completely

Hi Technical Help Team,

 

I have problem about uploading photo on my profile,

So my photo cannot shows completely, I don't know the cause of problem,

or may be sizing of photo that not match with format of   EC.

I try to decrease the sizing before uploading, but it doesn't still work. 

Please recommend me about solving the problem.

    Hello, Pattpim! I am not answering your question because it was already replied by others.

    As you said, I will help you check some mistakes in EC, so I think this will be the first one.

     

    I have problem (a problem) about uploading photo on my profile,

    So my photo cannot shows (show) completely, I don't know the cause of problem (what the cause is),

    or may be sizing of photo that not match with format of   EC.( the size of the photo is not compatible with EC format)

    I try (tried) to decrease the sizing (size) before uploading, but it doesn't still work (still didn't work).

    Please recommend me about solving the problem. (recommend me some ways to solve the problem)

    Sizing is not the same to size in this case. What's more, "recommend something to somebody/ recommend somebody something" is the correct structure.

    Hope that it'll be of some help and you'll pay more attention to grammar next time!

      The photo wasn't there the one that failed to shows us something. It was the photo it's self, that wasn't seen completely. So I would suggest "So my photo cannot be seen completely." (I hope it's grammatically correct.) :P

    HI Pattpim. I'm not a technical team member, but maybe this help.

     

    You're talking about your avatar(Profile photo) right?

     

    When your photo, that you want to use as profile photo. Isn't perfect square(all sides have same length) The MyEc website automatically trims it to square. If you don't like the way how the servers trim it, then you could make it into square manually by yourself before uploading.

     

    If you make your photo size into 182 pixel height and 182 pixel width, the problem should be solved. ^_^

      Although now you stretched it out a bit.. but at least it's not trimmed down anymore.

      But most Important is that, if yourself are happy with it. ^_^
