Please keep in mind - What does it mean if it came from your boss?

I think we all know general meaning of the phrase "please keep in mind" but I'd like to know "What does it mean if it came from your boss?" Please kindly to share your thought.

There is one thing i wanna tell you Soraida , The Golden rule is that The Boss's Joke is always funny and the Boss's statement is always true ......LOL

That's true Hamza. My boss said that phrase because he wanted me to follow his direction.

I think that the meaning is depending on conversation, but when its came from the boss it's sound like a warning :)
