Because of limited resources but unlimited human want, so we should allocate our resources to share happiness to our mankind. Could you please tell me how to share equally?

Inequality is unavoidable in capitalism society which most of countries follow. Some people make much more efforts than any others, so those people must get large quantity of resources and inequality emerges at this point. In this view, equal sharing is unfair instead.
Or in ideal world, which means the world that every resources equally shared, some people cannot help being greedy because of their disposition. Or some people will want more A than B. So they will try to trade B for A. And both stuffs will have different value, so inequality comes.
Equal sharing should not be pursued. It is not just impossible, but unfair.
Lower people have no choice but to hope that the upper classes will have consideration for them. Or make efforts.
