  • @Eva:

Thanks for your elaboration to the topic.

  • Hello Eva, nice quotes, I agree with Elena, unfortunately courage is a virtue not all human being posses.

In fact, it´s not an easy thing, but I think you cannot live true life witouth courage; you must be willing to take risks, to accept bad things happen all the time, to understand you only have one life... hard work for all of us.

I want to share "The Serenity Prayer", courage is also mentioned here:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

the courage to change the things I can,

And the wisdow to know the difference"

  • Thanks Saba, Halima and Anah for participation in the discussion.

  • Thanks Elena for your participation in the discussion and extending view point.

  • Thanks for such comprehensive view point.

  • There is a big difference between courage and recklessness. Courage is you can face any problem or danger without fear but of God, but on condition that you have a right. As well as to think carefully in order not to hurt no one by your behavior.
The recklessness is that you behave flabbily, without being calculated as a result of what you will do.
So I see that there is nothing that we called it (Excessive courage).
There are courage, laxity and Fear, it's different recipes. Thank you for your useful discussion.

  • Courage is a virtue not all human beings possess. We must distinguish between a person who acts dangerously and a person who makes a choice and risks also his life to save the other. I think that in extreme situations and when we feel that something horrible could happen, we become courageous, it's an instinct, the instinct of life!

  • I totally agree with your view point Alice!

  • I agree with Halima and Alice.

Wisdom and courage must be together and courage is needed for gaining freedom.

  • wisdom must be always present.
