  • Hi baty!

    yes they do

There are many raisons , getting money is one of them .There is people who leave to have a better situation or graduation in there work ,there is people who leave to work and study in the same time .There is people who see for the work's conditions and money in the same time.

  • Yes they do leave. Specialists like doctors go to work in other countries not just because better salary but also because better opportunities to make career.. I mean they can devote for work there, since working environment is better.. They can learn new stuff.

Construction(house builders) workers also work a lot abroad, mainly because better salary.

Well, I understand that it's not possible to live from patriotism only, u can't bay bills, give education to your kids, or fill the stomach without decent salary. But I'm unhappy if good specialists leave. My first general physician leaved to Finland to cure Finnish patients.. about five years ago. Although I got new one, who seemed also pretty good, the new one got child and is now home at child birth vacation, already over 3 years. :( The substituent doctor isn't too good, but there isn't much choice. There's max limit how much patients a general physician can have.. All good doctors lists are full, they can't take more.

Well but for animals it might be even worse. There was a story about horses treatment some time ago in tv.. They said, that when a horse gets ill, the nearest horse hospital where can get treatment is in Finland. The horse specialist.. veterinarian working there is apparently from here Estonia. In my hometown there is also a animal hospital of university with all capacity to cure horse, but because they don't have enough fund to hire personal, they don't treat horse.. So it suck, I think. Though I can't blame people for leaving.
