Yes, peace can prevail if we unite and work together to maintian it.
The observer of the world sees that it is full of problems and fighting here and there. For example, in the MIddle East the main issue for deteriorating the peace is the delay of anouncing the Palestinian state. In fact, if the world works hard it can achieve this noble goal: "The Palestinian State". As fast as we solve this issue the whole world will enjoy peace. In addition, the Middle East has been left for a long time without democracy and human rights. The absence of such essential factors has led to what we see now. But if Europe and the USA are faithfully willing to help the area, I think peace can prevail. For the truth, the dissimination of democracy and respect of human rights in the area will bring peace and prosperity. Thus, the whole world must leave doubt and fear and work hard to achieve and help the area to go for democracy and respect of human rights. In my opinion, this area is strongly connected to Europe and has great historical, political, and economic ties, and with the USA in modern times too, as if fate has linked them. Therefore, I see that if we work hard with faith and honesty we can accelerate the prevailing of peace in the area.

I think peace comes first from within. And, it's impossible to expect USA or Europe bring "Peace" to the area when people are not peaceful within. A democratic society needs peaceful and democratic ideas and beliefs. Therefore, I think we should first start to correct ourselves, to correct our behavious, ideas, beliefs, etc so that peace also comes to the external world as well. I have seen some people who are even crule to their own family, beating their own wife or children to death. Another true example is they arrest a woman in Saudi Arabia only because she was driving. So, I think we should start first to correct ourselves. And, in that part, USA and Europe can't do anything and they can't bring peace when no one is ready to realize it.
