I have had this type of chat many times.

Me: Hello
A: I'm (name) from (country name).
Me: Nice to meet you. I'm Rajesh from India.
A: I want to know something.
Me: Can you please let me know something about yourself first.
A: I'm (name) from (country name).
A: Do you know (a member name) ?
Me: Yes, I know him but not very well. I have met him/her on some blogs.
A: He/she was my very good/best friend/my teacher and I can't see him/her in my friend list, even he/she is not there on EC.
Me:Ohhhh, I see, check well...
A: I have checked.
A: I don't want my best friends go away. He/she always helps me.
Me: Oh, I see. It's so sad my dear, hope he/she will be back soon.So, how can I help you.
A: I have been seeing you are good in reporting spammers. so, how this function works ? How a member is banned ?
Me: Yup, I report spammers but Ohhhhh...sorry my dear I don't have proper idea on this I know only how to report a spammers.
Me: But may be your friend leaves EC him/her self.
Me: If one leave EC it looks like same as banned or if one delete everything you can't see him/her.
A: I don't think so. Please inform me if you see him/her back on EC.
Me: Okay.
A: Thank you very much for giving your time.
Me: You are most welcome :)
A: Bye...
Me: Bye bye....
After this chat I wish to know something from MyEC's admin or moderators.
Q. Can one be banned without any proof ? if someone report them ? Is there any auto system which works automatically ?
Q. How can one report chat room spammers ? (I mean there is no any option to upload a screenshot in "Report Member" section.

There are many "screen recorder" tools through which you can do that. I use this one:
And for screenshot, I'm using "Windows 7" OS and there is a default tool called "SnippingTool". I haven't used any tool where I need to press "Print Screen" button while taking screenshot.
