they are sensitive

Today is a discussion of Ali's research "elegiac poems. The committee consist of three teachers ; one is a man and the other two are women. " they sit in a large hole. Stillness and calm dominate above this place. the student stands before them patiently. the questions come heavily by the committee, and the student's answers follow easily .the student sees the delight of satisfaction in committee's eyes .

short moments later , they ask him why you chose this topic " elegiac poems" ? .
" my wife passed away many years ago, so I made this research as a kind of gratefulness and ……and …" he replied . and the answer was endless . nothing stops the student but he saw the tears in women's eyes began dropping . while another teacher was busy with himself , adjusting his glasses .
"please stop" the two women cried." Your truthful and sincerity moved us to tear. thank you , you may leave now"
Before he leaves the hole , he takes a glance to the women's eyes, they are still dropping their tears .
you might have realized by now that how sensitive they are.

  • Hi Anele ,Women are always sensitive , they move as soon as they hear such poems . I study in my college many elegiac poems . Probably the most famous elegy in English is Thomas Gray's Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard. Written as a protest against governmental restrictions on public burials and monuments, this poem mourns not one man but every man who dies in obscurity. I also study Memoriam by Alfred Tennyson . I am so influenced by this great poet . I like his poem Crossing the Bar in which he describes his placid and accepting attitude toward death. Although he follows this work with subsequent poems, he asks that “Crossing the Bar” appear as the final poem in all collections of his work .
    “Crossing the Bar”
    Sunset and evening star
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,

But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
    Turns again home.

    Twilight and evening bell,
    And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
    When I embark;

For though from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
Thank you so much Anele for supporting me .
