Here in Estonia, I think cosplay is not so popular. I know there are some few, who do it also here. I have seen their photos online. But it looks like they aren't so serous at it.. In Japan they do it really well and seriously. They look cool in their costume.
But the thing they do here... It's more like a person wearing weird clothes, that doesn't fit them well.. :P
I think it needs a lot of practice. And also must chose a suitable character whom to play. Then it could look cool. ^_^
I think that this is actually the first time I hear about wcs.. So I have no idea, if there have been something like this, in my country too. Probably not. ^_^
