there is a boy maybe i should call him a man in my office every girl likes him except me.i get along with him very well but i can't ultimately accept him.i don't think he is sincere.i know it's wrong to judge others.

We are just friends and colleage.Just like you will judge your classmate or colleage too. In fact i am not interested in him at all because sincerity is the most quality in my opinion. You know you will deal with many people but only make intimate friendship with a little. The other girls like him maybe because they admire his other merits. Besides,he is my subordinate. I wrote this blog just wanted to express that sincerity and honest is important to me.
Please, write about this boy more, what has he done that you say he's not sincere.
You don't like him but you're interested in him otherwise why would you think of him and write a blog about him?
You like him but perhaps you don't like the fact that other girls are interested in him too.
He's not sincere means, you want him just for yourself and you don't want him to get in touch with other girls....
I hope he will understand your feeling and will become sincere with you.

May be other girls dislike him underhand and don't tell truth completely
