Tell me if there is another one:

Tell me if there is another one:

There was a saint, very nice and humble to his Lord.  He always passed his time in praying and reciting Lord’s name day and night.  One night when he was going to offer his early dawn prays, he heard Lord’s voice calling him, “I do not accept your prays they are all hypocrites, your prays and all acts to make me pleased are waste.”  When the voice subsided, he again stood to make ablution for his prays.  His disciple, who was seeing all this, asked him, “What are you doing, didn’t you hear all your toils to make the Lord pleased have been rejected by Him?”  He replied very politely, “What else I would do,  is there anyone besides Him, tell me if there is another one.”  Saying this he began to make ablution and then offered his prays.  He once again heard his Lord’s voice saying, “Seeing your consistency and devotion towards me, all your deeds and prays are now accepted.”

Yes, this is a matter between the lover and the loved one.

  • God knows when we are sincere in our prayers..

  • I agree with Saba too, but few points are added.

The aim of praying is to purify our soul. A person says prayers to be purified that makes him/her humble and whenever (s)he commits a sin, repent at once. then his/her prayers are accepted. In addtion to, consistency in any field is key to success.

Thare are two factors reward and punishment that motivate believer to worship his Lord, but those who recognize their Lord put these two factors aside, and worship Him believing that Lord only He deserve to be worshipped.
  • No Nawa, the moral of the story applies to every one irrespective of his/her religion, cast and creed.  Read saba's comment, you will understand what she or I mean.

Thanks any way for reading my blog.

  • The aim of praying is to purify our soul. A humble person says prayers to be purified and not commit a sin, when he/she doesn't commit any sin, then his/her prayers are accepted. This blog has a very good message: Never be disappointed from God.

  • You are most welcome Jasmine.
