Take Care Of Yourself

Dear members.

Have you ever realized or gone into the depth of this line "take care of youself." When I used to think of myself that I was nothing nor my life was important for others, I never took care of myself, but as soon as I became the hope for someone and my presence delighted a particular person, I began keeping myself healthier, enhancing my strength, keeping myself more active in all sections of life just to be more helpful, supportive, and protector.

Whoever said it I agree with him that you are nothing for others, but the whole world for someone. There are million people, who may live for themselves, but the real charm of life lays in living for others. Most of us engage ourselves in hectic schedule for the purpose of making money for family, but don't realize that our health for them is much important. For we, at least, have to take out some time for ourselves.

So, promise me to take care of yourself not for me but for the one who takes you as a ray of hope for himself/herself.

  • My dear brother Arif,

It is absolutely true. How can we be useful for others if we do not take care of ourselves well? Being useful for others is a spirit for us to do the best at least YES, our healthy. We do less when we are sick.

Once, I saw my friend really didn't care about her food. Then, she would easily get sick. I said to her, 'If you're sick, what you can do??". After days, she changed her habit.

To reach this point, awareness and responsibility sense play the role. So, yes...take care of yourself, my dearest bro. GREAT BLOG! :)
