STAY FIT WITH 20 MINUTE EXERCISE

When you sit more than three hours you begin to feel your butt getting sore, the waist stiff, sleepiness starts creeping up to your head, memory goes down and your chances of getting diabetes and heart attack become greater. This is the time when you can’t tolerate any longer for not doing exercise. 20 minute workout per day is enough to keep your body fit.

Do you know how exercise can help you to stay healthy? In your body there is a transportation network called lymphatic system. It contains valves that allow fluid to flow only in one direction. The system does not have heart of its own, but the fluid will flow better when the vessels are squeezed by muscle contractions. That is why exercise is very important to maintain better circulation of the lymph fluid.

There are a lot ways to do the exercises and you can find them easily in the internet but my method is very simple. I just shake my bone joints for 5 minutes every hour or two in addition to 20 minute exercise when I have time to do it.


Try it! So far it works well for my health.

  • @Junko. According to TCM theory prolong sitting will weaken the Spleen which is responsible for the transformation of food and transporting it to every part of the body via the blood system. In Western Medicine theory, the spleen filters and removes old red blood cells and also plays an important role in the immune system. So whichever theory you use the spleen is an important organ. So take care of the spleen before it’s too late!

    @Irene. Hi Irene, it’s good to see you again. How is the submarine? I bet in your job you have done a lot of exercises already, so you won’t need this. It is for people whose bottoms are glued to a chair like those who work in office, haha.

    @De Wan. I agree with you my friend that movements in the prayers help improve the lymph circulation provided that you do it properly not like a chicken eating its meal.

    @Nishank. Yeah, that’s it my dear. The idea is to bend, to stretch and to twist our body at the joints so that it can release the blockage in the system due to prolong sitting. Thanks a lot my friend!

    My exercise is designed for lazy people doing exercise like you and me. All you need to do is just stand up then :

    shake your knees briskly by bending them in alternating manner

    swing your hip to the left and right several times

    twist your shoulders clockwise and anticlockwise, up and down

    bend your back forward and backward

    and so on, the more joints you work out the better.
