Do you know the quickest way to be fluent in speaking?

Here are some points:

01. The topic you want to say " Think in English"

02.Don't be afraid of making mistakes

03. Don't think in your language first

04. Never think too much

05. Find  a partner to practice when you are offline

06. Never back down...
