  • A ‘stranger’ is likened to an ‘unread’ book! It’s impossible for one to tell what the story is like. Thus, how could he give his review about the content of the book instantly, the very moment he holds it in his hands? I’m dead sure no one on planet Earth could do that!

Similarly, one can’t tell what sort of a person that ‘stranger’ that he met for the first time is (or would be) like! He has to befriend the stranger, interact with him, get to know him and be his friend for the same period of time that he knows the other person. Then, he can make a fair judgment as he is going to use the same yardstick! Perhaps, after knowing the “stranger” for that long, now he’ll tell that the 'stranger' is the same as the one he has already known or worse than him!

May be the one you know is not a good one. He doesn't  suit to be a friend.  You do not feel happy while in his or her company.
