"What you think you become"
If you have a great dreams and you want to achieve, but you thoughts are not align with your thoughts or you are thinking something make you comfortable. Then you are not going to achieve your dreams.
Here I am going to explain a small exercise that control your thoughts.
1. Write your Dream in a paper and keep always with you. Whenever you get time just read it.
2. Read the "dream card" daily morning
3.Read the "dream card" in the night just before go to bed, analysis the thoughts you had whole day. Just noted down how many days you lost the control or deviate the thoughts to other area
Gradually you will reach your dream place
