  • Hi Manisha!

I think it should be ‘Don’t lose your footing.

Meaning.: to slip or lose your balance
Example: Manisha Koirala lost her footing and fell into the pool.
    .

Here are a few other idioms with the word 'lose' in them.

lose your face = to do something that stops others from respecting you

lose your head = to suddenly become very angry or upset

lose your heart = to fall in love

lose your mind = to become crazy / mentally ill
    .
    Regards,
