In this first post I want deal with the following phrasals: GET ACROSS, GET ALONG,GET AWAY, GET AWAY WITH and GET BY. I hope I can build up a short but a good enough one so that I can go ahead in that tricky learning area. As usual, all corrections are welcomed.

Peter in Switzerland

Last year, Peter had the privilege to visit for working and have fun one of the most amazing and developed countries of the world , yes, it is exactly Switzerland. As this country is not so big ,  he hadn't problems to get across it . Peter hadn't hard times to get across your feelings or wishes there as well, since his English is faultless, even though he knows a little bit of the three official languages of Switzerland namely French, Spanish and Italian. When arriving in the "chocolate land", Peter soon make friends with Jim, a chef that is expert in chocolate cakes in a sweet-shop in Bern at the Swallow street 198. Peter and Jim got along since the beginning not just because his tasty candies ,but, mainly they have a common interest in mountaneering. They intend to climb down the French Alps next year. So that they can fulfill their dreams to be on the top of a high mountain one day, they need a lot of money to buy all the necessary tools and clothes to play this risky activity. They want to work a lot this year in Switzerland in order they can get along  without no parent's money help. They will get by making services to the government, Jim as a confectioner and Peter as a lawyer. They also are very conscious they will have to battle for achieving  what they want to, but, they are also sure they won't get away of your duties. They won't get away to Hawaii until they collect all the money they need to the Alps expedition. What impressed the most Peter in Switzerland was the low crime rate. Most of robbers aren't be able to get away with their crimes due to a solid penal system.
