Nothing has come so far within the reach of my writing.

I have to write the pains I feel.

I have to write the dreams living in my eyes.

I have to write about the tears not yet dropped.

Nothing has come so far within the reach of my writing.

I have to write about the journey I have to take.

I have to show you the desert of my thirst.

I have to write yet the nights I have passed separated.

Yet I have to tell you how much I cried but kept the hope.

Nothing has come so far within the reach of my writing.

This is an humble attempt to translate from Urdu poetry.

  • I am really indebted for your encouragement Sewar. I will try to stirr my thoughts to bring them on surface.

  •       Really I liked the sincere touchable feelings which the poetry gorged with. My friend, we ask you to set up more and more such poetry. I wish you the happiness of finding a new thought.

  • Very beautiful poem,

Although I haven't read the poem in Urdu, I'm sure the translation is very good.
