I started studying English in intermediate school. After finishing from high school my English was very poor. In the university my studying was in English. I was very happy because I love English. But the problem was in speaking because all the students was from Arab country. now I prepare for a master degree. I face a problem in speaking and I feel shy when I try to speak English. I decided improving my English and I will work and work until become fluent in English. I am very happy to find English club.
Hmm, I have this problem too. I become stupid when I am talking in English unlike when I am typing or writing in English at least that was what my friend told me when we talked :D
Keep practising Afnan. You can use those links below that Martin gave and use skype, skype is very usefull. Just find people whom you feel comfortable to talk with. Hope you will improve your speaking skill. ;)

Your story with English is repeated million times with people around all the world. I was expert in English language in My High school, I was an A student, but my speaking skills were zero, it is funny that we success in writing, grammer and every part of it, but we fail in the most important part which is speaking. Our schools all around the world have failed teaching us how to speak. Maybe because, our environments surround us only with one language, ( the mother language), or maybe it's because of the education system. But what matters now is to speak.
My Advice, at the begining, leave " How to speak" aside, Focus now on " Just speak"! you have every thing, the grammer, the proper phrases, just pick some common words, some phrases widly used, and then spread your wings in the sky of English.. Offcourse you will get some mistakes, but by time you will fix them.
