Today I would like to share something real, something about friendship you might come across over the internet, friendship which is worth it. 

Well,  I met her almost three years ago here on MY EC. I joined this website to improve my English skills since I was about to take Cambridge exam. I entered chatroom and noticed there somebody who totally differed fromothers, absolutely crazy and freaky girl. Even though I didn't know her, I was sure she is my "blood type" and we will be friends one day.

My sixth sense didn't betray me because it didn't take so much time and we became closer. In one month we were best friends and we shared everything about our lives. I have to admit I hardly met in my life people I consider soulmates as she is and that's why we call each other twins.

She knows everything about me, about my family, my hobbies, I sent her pictures from trips or pictures of some special dishes I cooked, for Xmas I sent her gifts and vice versa I got to know many personal things about her, her life-style, movies she recommended me, about her job, recipes of traditional dishes (even tried her borsc - soup), she sent me gifts for Xmas too, postcard from holidays etc. Of course, we talked on Skype, saw each other many times and we chat daily on watsapp. In short I can say it is awesome to have friend like this because you come to know many new interesting things, you use English and maybe even unknowlingly improve your skills.

Some people disdain friendship over the internet but I can talk from own experience and I would never call our friendship virtual - she is so real to me. I can rely on her and she is anytime ready to help me and support me. I was so lucky to meet such great friend here and I hope we will soon meet in real. Actually, it looks like next year she will stay in my country so I am looking forward to spend some memorable, crazy days with her!!

Thank you for being in my life, Helen, I wish I could send you golden ribbon with diamonds to appreciate your friendship but still it wouldn't be enough.
