It takes nothing, but does much!

Often I get to ask myself a question that what does it take to wind up a destructive habit and initiate with a constructive one for true betterment or fulfillment. Someday a great man left saying, "There isn't any limit in the world except the brain" Things begin showing the symbols of impossible changes within them when one fails to see any possibility of change through, like many times we fail in acquiring tiny things because we imagine them as too big or difficult. Many people in the world today are living a life of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness just because they have kept a firm perception that they are no longer able to replace negativity with positivity; no matter whether that's a bad habit, a bored life style or weariness hindering them from a movement towards a bright life. Any Bad habit can be left easily by making life busy in very meaningful activities, Like the saying; "An empty mind is a devil's workshop" and other issues like depression and anxiety can be ended from one's life only when he/she starts understanding that things are not that much complex as he/she makes them and by being worried about anything or a person; doesn't derive a good solution to an problem.

Ultimately, I would say that the solutions to all big problems are all the time present or before us but we fail to spot them out at the time. It just require a little enthusiasm to change the direction of thinking like this....
