Gratitude- Making you happy

What you are at this moment is out come of what you are thinking at this moment.
Our mind is the one thing making you happy or sad. It is irrespective of material things around you.
For example, you entered inside a hall and sat in a chair and closed your eyes. You sat thier for a one hour. In between, a lot of people or animals came thier and gone and some still continue there.
You were not aware of any of these. You were not sensed any thing from them, not even a single bit of sound.

Your mind was not aware of the animals those came to that hall. So you did not feel any fear during that time. Actually, a wild lion and a tiger passed in front of you, but you didn’t get any fear at all. In actual scenario you would have been ran from the scene.

If you are able to control your thoughts, definitely you can control your feelings. Suppose you get a bad thought or feeling. How to come back to pleasant one. I have a solution for you.

In that situation, just think about the people those helped you anytime in your life. Start  with your mother. Due to your mother, you are alive today in this world. Say thanks for her help. Then go to your father, Say thanks to him too. With out him, you will not reach this world. Some cases, he did something against your wish. But don’t think the bad thing. Think only the good thing and Say thanks.

Do these exercise with your teachers, friends etc. Say their name and Say thanks. Even say thanks to Scientists,  political leaders, innovators  etc. Because what we are having today is due to many peoples work, Say their name and thanks to them.

I am sure after saying at least 10 thanks like these, your mind will radiate a positive thoughts and you start feeling positive. Do the same thing for at least 21 days. You are going to live a positive life.. I am sure

Please try and share your feelings.

  • Apsuku, I just want to say that I agree with you.

    Thanks for sharing!

    Well Done!

  • I like your blog Suku......I love what you are saying and meaning and I wish we all could remember this when we are feeling low.  A low feeling is not a good place to be certainly.  I like the happy scenario much better.  The one thing I thought when reading this is that we need to be thankful for the good times always and most definitely the little things life shares with us.
