Do you want to improve your English writing skills?

I am here to help! My name is Tara and I am a writer and editor. I help create materials and lessons for EnglishClub.com and TEFL.net. In my spare time I love to play with my kids, read novels, and write stories.

The best way to improve your writing skills is to write. So, let's get started. Here's today's writing challenge:

Hi, my name is yamma, i come from hong kong.
I like listening music, shopping with my friend in the free time.
i want to improve my english skill, in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
It is not only for the IELTS test, but aslo for my future job.

Hi Cisca,
Great to meet you! Thanks for taking the writing challenge. Your introduction is great. I'm a simple person too. Keeping life simple is one of my main goals in life. This is often difficult in a world where everyone feels the need to be busy.

Here are a few corrections:
"like to make friends" or "like making" -after "like" you need to use the infinitive (to make) or the gerund "ing" (making)
"like to search" (same rule as above)
"Please correct" (correction is the noun; correct is the verb)

I also have some books about it, but still have to learn more .

I'm lynne. I like to master my English writing and speaking skills. I like making friends but, I am a person who hates to talk about oneself. :-)
