I WAS WAITING FOR A FRIEND AT THE TERRACE OF MY HOUSE, AND A STRANGER CAME...

STRANGER : Excuse me!, May I have your little time, please?

ME : Sure. What's that about?

STRANGER : Do you know Tunjungan Plaza mall?

ME : Yes, I do. Why?

STRANGER: We hold a fair during this week there. Have you ever been there?

ME : Yeah. But, it's been a while since I last went there.

STRANGER : Do you have any plan to go there this week?

ME : Mm....I think, NO.

STRANGER : Okay. Let me tell you that we have a perfume product imported from . . . . . You will get 90 mL (10 mL @bottles) for nine hundred thousand rupiahs. Here you are.

ME : Oh, I see .....

(THE QUERY IN MY MIND: Is she crazy or something? How expensive for a bottle of perfume to me! And if she had a fair there, why did she come here and bring the product....?) I WAS FULL OF DISTRUST. :D

STRANGER : If you buy this now, we will give you a bottle for free. What perfume do you usually use?

ME : Me? I use usual good perfume, but I don't really apply that.

STRANGER : Really? Aren't you smelly??

ME : Ha...ha...ha..... Of course NOOOO.......

WHAT A QUESTION! (Aaaaaggghhh) :D :D

STRANGER : How can? from clothes perfume?

ME : Let me tell you, sis. The fragrance odor may come from other than body perfume. You know, I use a very fragrant body wash. My clothes also have another fragrance. Furthermore, I usually don't sweat very much. I have no problem with the smell of my body at all. :p (LOL......)

STRANGER : Oh, I see ....

ME : So, thanks for the offerings. I don't need it now.

STRANGER : Thanks for your time, then.

ME : You're welcome. I have to go now. Good Luck! ^_^

  • Yeah, Roman.

They also human. :)) But we need to be cautious. :D

Thank you so much for your appreciation and visiting here. ^^

  • Well... Funny conversation:) Thank you for sharing, Onee-chan! I don't like such sellers, but they are also humans...

  • Thank you, Bernd Kohl, for visiting my blog. And thank you, SNR, for participating with your great story. :)

  • Dear ELF Noor,

Thank you so much for reading and liking this dialogue. ^_^

  • Dear Elen,

Yes you're right. They are under pressure. To me, what can help them is their selves. It's their choice, anyway.

Then, so many salespeople like this in this world and many polite people like us. ^_^ :D :D

I forgot and just found that the synonym of terrace is porch. :D

Thank you so much for your precious comment, dear Elen. ^_^

  • Onee, I am also such polite person like you and I guess I would have made almost the same dialogue. People who do such job are annoying but I think they accept much pressure from their boss to achive the goal, so they try their best and I understand them. Anyway, I think the best way to avoid them is this polite way.

Something funny. I thought that the word "terrace" means the roof of a house. And I was like "what is she saying??" then I typed the word in translation and I understood. LOL!

  • Estanis,

Be a little patient, please! :D Talking with them is kinda something interesting, though. :D

Thank you so much for your comment. ^_^

  • MARY,,

It's true...... :((( I was a bit shocked and feel irritated, but I reacted otherwise... LAUGHING. :D (When my heart said, you're really something :D)

I also understand that they only work for a living. Somehow, they cannot force us to do something that we can't afford.

My BIG thanks for your appreciation, encouragement and like. I can't wait to see you back and reading your dialogue blog. ^_^

  • Dear Eva,

How do I ignore?? When I have time, I was trapped in that situation, I just need to always be wary. :)

Thank you so much for your compliment, ahaha...I'm kind of used to this. :D :D Maybe people look me too innocent. :p WRONG target!! lol.....

Big thanks for your encouragement. ^_^

  • Ohhh Onee... if I were in your shoes I would have lost my patience.
I always assist salespeople so fast :D
