There are many rites in a marriage that cheer up the participants and make it more memorable, but some rites are not very easy to do. Yes, to what I wanna draw your attention is that uncle of bride has to carry her on his hand to the car which is decorated with roses at the time of nika/ departure from her parental house.A few months ago, my cousin who was very fat felt ashamed of her figure when no our uncle came forward to lift her and moved to the car. She had four uncles, but all of them disappeared as soon as the bride stood to be carried. Eventually, the bride had to move to the car by foot. But the overall situation was very interesting and funny. Everyone in the marriage was smiling and enjoyed the whole scenario.If the bride in your country is carried by uncle/ brother at the time of her nika and you are going to be bride in coming soon, check your weight or be sure whether any of your uncle is strong enough to carry or not.

I have read the article very informative and interesting. It is very serious crime to kidnap the woman for marriage. It is forceful marriage. bride carrying ceremony is quite different from bride kidnapping. Groom brother is not allowed to carry this burden since this burden is the responsibility of bride family before handing her over to groom. Then it is groom who has to carry this burden till his last breath. :)
